About me

I am a Holistic Life Coach, Relationship Coach & Wellness Coach based in Joburg, SA. I specialise in working with women, empowering them to reach their wildest potential. Whether it’s providing insight into your love life or a personal wellness goal you need to reach, I’m there for you every step of the way.
I have been featured in the You & Huis Genoot & Get It magazines as well as Newspapers such as Beeld, Citizen and News 24 for my varied approach to Life Coaching.

I frequently speak live on air for radio stations such as Power FM, Jacaranda, 702, Mix FM & Groot FM.

I have been featured on many TV programs on DSTV and ETV, including the Devi Show, Kyknet Kwela and SABC Trendz.

I have also been a finalist for the Women of Stature Awards and the Woman of South Africa Awards.

Although I have a background in Psychology, I believe there are many other ways to empower women, which I use in my practice. Aside from a heart to heart chat to set goals and work through your problems, I also recommend yoga, pole fitness, boudoir photography or trying on a mermaid tail as ways to fully embrace our sense of fun, femininity and a sense of freedom.

I have an interest in working with the elements and plant medicine. I am a registered Traditional Doctor and my company is called The Elemental Life Coach. I make use of natural herbs and remedies withing my wellness program, and have an online store called the Bohemia Holistic Apothecary.
