I am a registered traditional doctor in South Africa.

I specialise in working with women, empowering them to reach their wildest potential. Whether it’s insight into your love life or a personal wellness goal you need to reach, I’m there for you every step of the way.

I have been featured in magazines such as the You, Huis Genoot & Get It as well as Newspapers such as Beeld, Citizen and online News 24 for my varied approach to Life Coaching.

I frequently speak live on air for radio stations such as Power FM, Jacaranda, 702, Mix FM & Groot FM.

I have been featured on many TV programs on DSTV and ETV, including the Devi Show & Kyknet Kwela. I have also been a finalist for the Women of Stature Awards and the Woman of South Africa Awards.

Although I have a background in Psychology, I believe there are many other ways to empower women, which I use in my practice.

Breast Implant Illness-South Africa, as a survivor myself I have created a safe space for women to discuss and learn about breast implant illness from each other, and get access to knowledge and resources on this issue.

I love to write about topics that empower women, and have written a book about my life journey so far.

Aside from a heart to heart chat to set goals and work through your problems, I also recommend yoga, pole fitness, boudoir photography, aerial dance or trying on a mermaid tail as ways to fully embrace our sense of fun, femininity and freedom.
